I have worked with Avalon test Equipment several times over the last few years. I find their calibration team very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I usually arrange everything through the sales rep, who is also very professional and easy to work with. I only have good things to say. Any time I've had a question about cost, scheduling, edits to documentation, they've been very responsive and helpful. As a non-technical person, they get kudos from me for explaining things to me that are probably very obvious to people who work in metrology. On the rare occasion they were not able to work on my equipment they were able to explain why and then point me in the right direction.
